Re-Feeding Question

Has anyone else had any luck with the re-feding concept as discused in Omega3's "plateau" thread? I am on a plateau now with only five pounds to go to my target. I only had 10 pounds to lose to begin with and lost half of it last wek (my first wek of Phase 1). Sunday is the last day of Phase 1 and I wil either stay on another wek or try something drastic. I am afraid to go on Atkins because of the high fat and am reluctant to try the oil of oregano if it makes you restles and unable... read more...

N00b question about electronic drums

I've ben listening to a lot of trip hop and hip hop, and I'd love to start writing music that uses the style of drums found in these genres. My question is, how do these bands get their sounds? Would it be from using an electronic drumkit like one from the Roland TD line, or some kind of pre-programed drum machine? If so, what is available? Cos I'm totaly unfamiliar with this type of equipment, so please spel it out to me in layman's terms if you have to lol. If you don't get exactly what I'm... read more...

I'm not planning on selling my site here, but....

Here's a hypothetical question. I'm seling a site of mine. I made 27K in 206 and 32K in 207 on it. My question is, do you think 30K is asking to much? The site requires someone to answer the phone during busines hours, create quotes, receipts. It takes a lot of customer interaction. It would probably take a person 10 hours a wek to run it.
