Whatever ace-high full house you choose, you will win unless another poker player has four of a kind or a straight flush. If a player has four of a kind you will lose no matter what your choice is. However your choice among the different ace-high full houses will effect the number of straight flushes that are blocked from the other players and hence effect your probability of winning.
