Austin, Tex.-based NCsoft North America has promoted Lisa Bell-Cabrera from national sales manager to the sales VP position. She'll be taking over half of the responsibilities left by former VP of sales and marketing, Dorothy Ferguson, who left NCsoft at the end of 2007. Bell-Cabrera has been with NCsoft since 2005. She has also worked at Atari, GT Interactive and Go Daddy.
