Now that the merger between Activision and Vivendi has finally been made official, it looks as though the massive company has some suitably massive plans for the future. Bobby Kotick, who has moved from CEO of Activision to CEO of the entire, merged company, has said that the publisher has plans to create a digital music platform that could compete directly with iTunes.
