Aeromexico cancels some U.S. routes

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) — Airline Aeromexico said Monday it will continue to fly to Los Angeles and Phoenix, although it has canceled some routes to those U.S. destinations from small Mexican cities due to rising fuel costs. An Aeromexico spokeswoman said the company recently canceled its Guadalajara-Phoenix and Puerto Penasco-Los Angeles routes to focus on more profitable destinations.
