Short News submitted before 175 days, 8 hours i 20 minutes from arstechnica.com

Just days after the launch of Apple's App Store, Microsoft has put up a website that attempts to compete. I say "attempts," because the new portal, which is powered by Silverlight, looks very rushed. Samsung's new flagship snapshooters cool, but no longer NV-ious

Short News submitted before 175 days, 15 hours i 31 minute from news.cnet.com

Samsung TL34HD(Credit: Samsung)Personally, I thought "NV" worked as well as anything for the branding of Samsung's top-of-the-line ultracompact point-and-shoot cameras; nevertheless, for Fall 2008 the new leaders of Samsung's snapshot pack will be dubbed "TL".
