Late last year, Nokia partnered with Universal Music Group on its "Comes With Music" initiative. Under the plan, anyone buying a Nokia handset would get access to UMG's Total Music plan, with the "Comes With Music" price worked into the cost of the cell phone or smart phone. What we haven't known is how expensive it would be; new reports are pegging the price well over $30 per handset sold.
