LOS ANGELES (AP) Jamie Foxx needs no help getting dressed for trial — the actor has apparently reached a settlement with a former stylist who sued him. Documents filed Wednesday in Los Angeles show that attorneys for stylist Stacy Young and Foxx have reached an undisclosed agreement. The trade group Ski Utah says the resorts logged more than 4.25 million skier visits for the 2007-08 season. That was up 4.3% over the previous season's 4.1 million skier visits — a count of one person taking to the slopes for one or part of a day.

A Indian-American businessman has been sentenced to nearly three years in prison for conspiring to export sensitive military components to India.
