Seattle-based property owner and manager Clise Properties Inc. will take over operations of the Sixth Avenue Inn and the Days Inn in downtown Seattle from Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide at the end of September. Starwood currently holds a ground lease at the two sites, which are owned by Clise Properties, according to Carla Murray, a Starwood senior vice president of operations.
