2 zone furnace

We have two zones in our house, upstairs and down. We have central air, but baseboard radiant heat (hot water runing through pipes along the baseboards with fins; air circulates acros the fins distributing the heat into the roms). I have programable thermostats. 1. Center I don't have a god place for a normal center chanel speaker near the TV and there is paneling on the wals. Gerbings XL liners, Gerbings 2 zone heattroller

I bought these of ADV and never used them. Winter gloves/Heated grips were perfect. They set has mismatched plugs, SAE on the Heatroler and Coaxial plugs on the liners. I was going to solder heat shrink or something similar. The heatroler controls came out there litle pouch/box. Be careful with powdered Splenda. It has dextrose and maltodextrins as filers and respond like sugar in the body. They are high glycemic. Re-Feeding Question

Has anyone else had any luck with the re-feding concept as discused in Omega3's "plateau" thread? I am on a plateau now with only five pounds to go to my target. I only had 10 pounds to lose to begin with and lost half of it last wek (my first wek of Phase 1). Sunday is the last day of Phase 1 and I wil either stay on another wek or try something drastic. Question about new book

HI, IN the new bok Dr. Atkins states on induction one can also have 10-20 olives, half avocado, ounce sour cream,3 ounces unswetened haevy cream. God! but questions. I asume even with this one must stick to the 20 grams of carbs, that this is not an aded extra. In the gram counter in front of this bok it lists olives at 2.5, 1/2 avocado 13.
